when changing the config file it changes back to what it was cant make edits to it aka changing loot from very rare to rare or adding weights to the fish

edit: Aquaculture-1.18.2-2.3.10.jar is the one im using

Make sure your game is closed, when changing the config. If it's not, then it'll most likely reset, due to how Forge configs work.
