fix after network refactoring in neoForge #433

The current version of the mod caused a crash (#430) when running on the latest versions of neoForge. This started happening after network refactoring refactoring in this pull request . I upgraded neoForge to a stable version and refactored code.

This is not done quite right unfortunately - I´ll get working on a fix though :)
