Fixed lots of metadata in build meta and forge meta files.
Added image compression to all current image files.
Added automatic json compression that happens on ./gradlew build.
Added a standard .gitignore to remove local files and secret files from github.
Image and json compression result in a 30kb (23%) decrease in the resulting jar file. The amount of savings will grow as new json files are added to the mod.
