Rocky Asphalt? #12

How do you get the rocky asphalt? I've used all pickaxes and still can't pick it up.

Other stuff makes no drop either, e.g. Shower Head or Sliding Door. Feels like no tool at all is assigned to get them. Mod version: 4.2.0 for Fabric 1.18.2
