Feature: Hotbar wheel #201

I know this has been stated before. But I would love if more features of the dualsense controller were used. Sure there's the obvious gyro aiming, but I would also love if things like the extra buttons were able to be mapped to. The mute button and touchpad is unused and I would love if both were used.

For the touchpad specifically, please let it be direction swipes, move cursor, click it(both sides are separate inputs) and touch menus

The 2nd one is a hot bar. sure, using the shoulder buttons to scroll through the hotbar is fine. But I would like an option for something like the doom weapon wheel to pop up instead when holding a button. Just so the 2nd shoulder button is used for something else

Could you change it to just explain your hotbar wheel idea, please? DualSense feature support is tracked in #179.
