Describe the bug
When the display refresh rate doesn't match the max framerates setting while v-sync is enabled, camera movement becomes stuttery.
This is an issue because I use this mod on my Steam Deck, where I have the refresh rate set to 30fps to increase battery life, and I set Minecraft to 60fps with v-sync enabled to make frametimes more consistent
To Reproduce
Enable v-sync in video settings
Set max framerate to anything other than the displays framerate
Turn in any direction using a controller
Expected behavior
Smooth camera movement that is properly synced to the framerate even when v-sync is enabled
