Describe the bug
MidnightControls in it's current github build is incompatible with 1.20.2.
To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
Obtain a copy of midnightcontrols as latest,
Install it onto the mods folder for 1.20.2,
Launch the game,
Crash.
Expected behavior
The mod will actually run successfully.

Desktop (please complete the following information):
OS: Linux
Minecraft 1.20.2
Fabric 0.89.2+1.20.2
Mods: Fabric API, MidnightControls
Version: 1.8.1/1.8.2
Branch: 1.20
Additional context
I am unsure if this mod will continue to be maintained as it was discussed that this may be discontinued in future in favor of other controller mods, but i rather wanna ask about this for a confirmation.
