Fumarole vents should be obtainable in the Nether, particularly in basalt deltas or soul sand valleys
Reason
This would enable skyblock players to access the fumarole - something currently impossible without commands.
Exsiting Mods
Botania's Garden of Glass mode allows for alternative methods to acquire most things in vanilla - it would be lovely if this could be crafted in a similar context, either through some skyblock config option like GoG, or through vanilla materials (possibly a recipe involving basalt?)
