Update license to AGPL #54

Would like to relicense Scripted Quests under AGPL (formerly GPL). This change basically counts hosting a service (i.e. a minecraft server) as "distributing" the plugin. Just a small tweak to make the license a bit stronger.

Would you guys formally agree to relicense your contributions here under AGPL? (by replying to this PR)

@rockenroll4life I don't know how much of your original code actually made it in this version of Scripted Quests - but it was your dream first :)
