what do you mean As Nemesis Commando, apply 8 or more stacks of Gouge to a single target at once??

Nemesis commando has a stacking debuff called Gouge that's applied when he hits enemies with his primary attack and sword secondary attack. Have enough attack speed that you can hit an enemy quick enough to apply atleast 8 gouge stacks before they can fall off.

gonna close this because it seems like more of a confusion about gouge than a bug
