Wayfarer boss item not effected by item config

When I disable all items why does it still show up :^)

this is an issue but what would wayfarer drop instead just a random boss item?

I suppose so, though it could also just not have a boss drop

I might remember talk and ill have to check with Nebby but I think we just wont support issues with disabling content until at the very least 1.0
