Emperyan Aspect Equipment spawning from non emperyan enemy while item/equipment/event configs are disabled #444

I had a run where I was playing with a friend with everything but survivors off in the config and for some reason the emperyan aspect equipment randomly spawned from a normal enemy on stage 4. I have no clue how it happened but regardless, I don't think it's being counted under the disable/enable all equipment or items config.
