whenever a Man-o'-War is on the ground, it causes an endless spam of NREs related to FlickerLight

for context, this was excessively bad because I got unlucky and the green cauldron was this item and I got two more in chests in the bazaar thanks to BiggerBazaar mod, so this NRE spam times 3 lol

haha this issue is number 614 which is funny because we hope to fix this by 0.6.14
