New Enemies don't spawn on Dissonance #615

Unsure if this is just a feature that hasn't been developed, is unfinished, or is possibly broken, but I wanted to list it anyways just to be safe.

I've run a ton of dissonance and I haven't seen a single Starstorm2 enemy spawn during it.

This is an easy fix as it seems like no class for the monsters actually override the dissonance card property. Just a matter of assigning that value and it should work just fine.
