Ender Invasion #30

When echerite ore is mined, some parts of the overworld get corrupted by The End. Endermen will not spawn before this. In hard difficulty, it will also spread.

Maybe make a config where you can configure if it should spawn in normal mode and maybe how fast it should spread and a black/white-list for what blocks can be converted?

The black- / whitelist could be done if I use actual recipes instead of what I am using now. A config is probably a good idea, but I have never tried it before, so I don't know how to do that.

Ender invasion will require some in-game testing before merging.

If anyone tests this out in-game, can they tell me if they also have the (integrated) server not responding to the client anymore after a while? Like no new chunks generating, commands not working, the world not saving if you quit to title screen, etc.

Because that would be a critical issue I would have to fix and I want to make sure it's not just my computer.

Edit: I think I fixed it.
