4 years ago Looks good to me. Unfortunately, I had to reinstall my PC since I added the text and I lost the font for it.

4 years ago I wanted to upload this to the website, but realized that there is only little space between the text and the borders. I increased it a little. @friendlyanon What do you think?

4 years ago Yes, that one indeed looks neater.
Also, I got an email where the sender said the horizontal text was better.
I'm going to reopen this, so maybe other people can chip in as well. Feel free to close if you think this design is final.

4 years ago @friendlyanon I created the logo by adapting the old beta logo. However, I did not use horizontal / diagonal text, because it didn't fit there. Decreasing the font size made it hard to read. That's why I used the vertical text. But you are right, that is hard to read, too.

anyway, I'm having some trouble with the new icon... in my s6 android v.7, it's showing the new icon as it should
However, in my s9 android v.9 it's showing the wrong icon, it's actually showing newPipe original icon... not even the old legacy icon
I have reinstalled twice but still showing the wrong icon... please tell me what to do.. I really want to have it showing the new icon so I can distinguish between it and the regular new pipe
Hey @friendlyanon! I just wanted to come across and say thanks for maintaining the legacy version! I'd like to propose a new icon, because the "legacy" lettering of the current icon is hard to read when it is displayed on a white background. I could not find the perfect font for my icon variation though.
