Fix file downloads #21

[x] I carefully read the contribution guidelines and agree to them.

I noticed that all downloads were throwing a NullPointerException on Jelly Bean and captions were failing to download on any version of Android, so I've fixed that by finding the root of the problem.

I also forgot to enable TLS v1.1/1.2 for Jelly Bean when downloading, so I've fixed that too.

@blackbox87 When to you plan to release a new NewPipeLegacy release that includes this correction ?
