Add automatic download rules for audio/video clips:

• by time,
• by updates
• by subscriptions
• personalized folders (by channel, by title...)

Why do you want this feature?

when you have limited internet access, the app can download required video/audio clips when it's online for later offline consume.

I subscribe to channel X, and I want all the new videos uploaded on channel X to be downloaded on my device when I am connected to the network, I can set the download rules: type: video or audio, format, folder (to contain the channel name), personalized title,...

This sounds pretty out of scope for Newpipe. You're better off using something focused on downloading like Seal (https://f-droid.org/en/packages/com.junkfood.seal/).
