Steps to reproduce the bug

1. Attempt Play any videos.
2. The Video content seems doesn't load.
3. The page suddenly shows "Content Unavailable" when trying attempting refresh or trying another video.

Expected behavior

The Video shall must be play.

Actual behavior

The video didn't load.
