What's New is a universal feed of all subscribed channels. We could instead add a "select all" button to the channel group creation popup, which will let users de-select useless channels. Then that can be used as the main feed instead of What's New.

Feature description
NewPipe should have an option to exclude individual subscriptions/channels from "What's new" feed updates.
This could also be implemented as some kind of a special channel group ("black list"), when it is easier to handle than adding flags to channel items.
Why do you want this feature?
According to #11661 many users have hundreds of subscriptions fetched and updated for their feed. This takes very long time and now also gets in trouble with rate limits.
But in reality many of the channels are dead/discontinued or general inactive, and fetched for no reason on each single update run, causing unnecessary traffic and "risk".
