Failing to show playlists

Steps to reproduce the bug

1. Go to search tab OR to any channel
2. Check the playlist option in search/playlist tab of a channel

Expected behavior

I should be able to see playlists in the search results/see all of a channel's playlists starting with the newest ones.

Actual behavior

It says "No Results" in the search bar and several playlists are missing from the channel's playlist tab.
