Video skips to next frame(?) when resuming Newpipe #4258

Steps to reproduce the bug

  1. Play any video where lots of movement happens in few frames. (like first 5 seconds of https://yewtu.be/watch?v=Ah0Ys50CqO8)
  2. Pause and switch away from Newpipe (to homescreen or another app; homescreen will be faster)
  3. Switch back.

Do 2 and 3 rapidly.

Expected behavior

The video will stay where you left it.

Actual behaviour

It advances by a frame each time you do it. The seekbar stays where it is. When you tap play, the video will stay paused for the duration it takes for the seekbar to catch up to the current frame.

It's a silly cosmetic bug impacting no one, so very low priority.

I can confirm that the bug still exists in version 0.23.1 and it is also reproducible by switching the device between landscape and portrait mode repeatedly while paused in a similar video.
