Optionally, having the option to hide the play notification only on the lock screen (but not when the phone is unlocked) without needing to disable all notifications would also be handy, as Android does not allow the same control of playback notifications as regular ones. However I believe this is likely not possible.
You likely have the ability to hide notifications on lock screen per-app already. https://support.google.com/android/answer/9079661?hl=en#app_notification_settings

Describe the feature you want
I think it would be nice if there was an option to hide the video title/author and such information on the lock screen. This would be helpful to users that don't want anyone who picked up the locked phone or is shoulder surfing to see what is playing at a glance.

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe it
The problem is that the notification shows media information to anyone and the problem is made worse by the notification not going away once the media is finished and being overshadowed by another media application (such as a podcast app) once it does. However it returns once the podcast is paused leading back to the NewPipe notification.
Additional context
How will you/everyone benefit from this feature?
This is beneficial not only to people who value their privacy but also people that might want to hide their not-so-popular music taste.
