Hello, thanks for the PR. Could you explain why you want to add this file? I know about dev containers, and they are unfortunately a proprietary VSCode extension that doesn't work with e.g. VSCodium, but in any case, did you feel the need to develop NewPipeExtractor inside a container?

Please let me know if you are an ANU student for internal statistics and because I am writing my master thesis about open source contributions as part of learning computer science and computer science education at university.
