Specific playlist broken in EU #876

Similar to #820, but its a completely different error message

That's the same cause as #820, the consent cookie YES+ needs to be set to open this playlist. The error message comes from YouTube itself when opening it if you refuse deny all tracking.

Invidious extract this playlist as a mix.

I'll close this in favour of #820 in that case.

The fix provided in #882 has been not applied on these playlists, only on mixes. Reopening.

Is there anything stopping newpippe for sending the "YES" cookie consent by default? (Instead of "pending")
