Have you tried updating MTS to Immersive Vehicles? I think the mod is under that name now.
It is the latest version; I just slip between names sometimes.
Also, it appears to have a problem with my entire mod list now, being:

take out BlackThorne and UNU and run the pack again
As a test, I removed all the packs and it still crashed.
going to test give me a few minutes
ok what point does it crash
ok found your problem you don't have enough RAM allocated to MC
I have 3 gigabytes allocated. how is that not enough?
my JVM args: -Xmx3G -XX:+UnlockExperimentalVMOptions -XX:+UseG1GC -XX:G1NewSizePercent=20 -XX:G1ReservePercent=20 -XX:MaxGCPauseMillis=50 -XX:G1HeapRegionSize=32M
have I done it wrong?
no where near. forge requires 4gb minimum IR requires you to have more
By that I meant four gigabytes or RAM have been allocated but I have eight installed to my system.
your system isn't going to play IR very well apart from base mod only. Your GPU doesn't have enough VRAM to support packs and you don't have enough free RAM for windows to give to GPU when it asks for it. try 4gb and see if that crashes still then up to 5gb but no more. try using better FPS, foamfix, optifine and in IR config turn on CacheIcons.
Oh. It was my first custom PC, and it can be rather problematic, so I have very little trouble accepting your diagnosis. I am planning a much better one though. Thank you very much for your help!
Update: Crashed with nothing but IR, IE, Track API, and OC. BTW, I have a Nvidia graphics card with 2gb of dedicated VRAM, does this help with the memory problem?
Have tried again with nothing but IR and Track API, still the same, but yesterday It was working fine? (only just remembered) However, it was working with a different directory.
NOTHING is working now. this mod has been such a [censored] pain in the [censored]
Have you increased the RAM for MC also post crash report and latest.log
I have fixed the problem, I had previously turned off VRAM; MC was depending on it because what I have as ordinary RAM was not enough.
It appears IR and MTS (Minecraft Transport Simulator) are incompatible. I cannot send you a crash report because MC does not appear to save one when such a crash occurs: being every time they launch together.
