UMC could duplic entity at server restart

hello

i'm running a 1.7.10 server with the latest IR version and the latest traincraft and jurassicraft mod for 1.7.10

sometime when the server reboot it make a duplicate entity on the map like got a new dino or train (from traincraft)

for traincraft i think it need to run in a little loop to see that happening at restart
