[Feat]: Better initialization process in container environment

需要添加的功能内容

The current initialization relies on stdin input. In a container environment, it can be replaced by trying to read environment variables.

In addition, the existence of /pagermaid/workdir/data/config.yml itself can be a lockfile, so it seems unnecessary to create another lockfile.
