Stutter / 50hz 60hz issue #2

When A500mini video options is set to 50hz, RetroArch stutters BGM, games, overall poor performance

Using 60hz in video options, all works well.

Closing. The 60hz emulators auto-switch to 50hz, so we should just leave the system at 60hz.
