Also, added effect descriptions from mod wiki. However, I don't know what the Sculk Vessel effect does.

I looked into the effect file, I can assume that the Sculk Vessel is a positive effect that increases the speed and damage of an entity if it's located next to the Sculk Node in the same dimension and at a distance of no more than 200 blocks.
