Update `ru_ru.json`, `en_us.json` and mob icons

ru_ru.json:

• Fixed old typos.
• Added a placeholder to the Sculk Vessel effect description so that the technical line would not be displayed in the EMIffect-type mods.
• Added lines related to the upcoming Soul Reaper.
• Added lines to non-living entities that are displayed as technical lines when using a Jade-like mod.

en_us.json:

• Added a placeholder to the Sculk Vessel effect description so that the technical line would not be displayed in the EMIffect-type mods.

Icons:

• Updated old textures.

I see you've added the final textures for Soul Reaper. I could try to update the icon from a placeholder, but unfortunately I don't know how to build and view the model outside of the Minecraft itself.

It is not the final texture. Just a dev texture.
