1 year ago I can confirm this exact behavior on my iOS devices as well (iOS 15 & 16). More video links where this behavior can be observed:

As mygcgit said, switching VPN on/off, changing browser, disabling adblock, etc. does not make a difference.

Describe the bug
Quite often, there are videos that start playing, but after a while (from seconds to minutes) they just stop and the page becomes completely unresponsive. After reloading the page, the same thing happens. It hangs every time at the exact same time. The time however, is different from video to video.
• only happens on iPads — iOS 15 & 16 • happens on every iPad, big or small • happens with every browser (Safari & Firefox) — same behaviour • happens using WiFi or cellular connections
All of the problematic videos work just fine on any desktop browser (Firefox, Safari, Chrome, Mac or Windows). The error only occurs on iPads.
To Reproduce
1) Open this URL: https://efy.piped.pages.dev/watch?v=0Qt_ExrTx8E
After about 1 second, the video hangs.
Expected behavior
The video plays without stopping or a glitch; the page remains responsive.

I have only given one example, but there are actually several videos that I have come across lately, where this problem occurs.
