Stacking elevator bases vertically then putting upgrades in the top base, then picking all of them up causes the upgrades to dupe into all of the bases.
How to reproduce the bug
1) Make a vertical stack of any amount of elevator bases.
2) Put any amount of upgrades in the topmost one.
3) Use the wrench to pick up the bases from top to bottom
4) Check the bases and realize that the upgrades you put in the top have now duplicated to all bases.
Expected behavior
Only the ones you put upgrades in should have upgrades when you pick it up.
Additional details
Does not happen if you break the bases using a pickaxe, only if you use a wrench. If you use a pickaxe then only the bottom-most base drops the upgrades (and it will be the same amount you put in the top)
