Spawning duplicits quickly crashes the game and locks the run.

Every time I spawn two of the same item at any point in rapid succession, the game crashes hard. So hard, it makes the run unplayable once you boot the game back up. With or without mods, the crash makes using the debug useless to test build ideas or do shenanigans via it. I think it has something to do with Regon's latest update adding the planetarium option but to double-check, I did it with and without mods. It might have to do with something on Regon's side since it can happen with or without mods active. Attached are two logs named respectively. log (no mods).txt

This may have already been fixed in b6d16b8 which will be in the next release, but I'd like some additional info to confirm.

• Are you spawning the item twice by pressing the up arrow key in the console?
• Can you send me the cmd_history.txt in the game's documents folder as well as what specific command you were using to spawn the item?
