Embed Leaderboard Class #15

Many commands are "Leaderboard" based (fox.leaderboard, fox.mods, fox.themes), sharing the same code in many places, an standard class should be created. What is expected:

Easily switch from embed or message.
Leaderboard to use MessageActionRow for select menu or expect user input via-message
runtime removal/addition of elements
Element options (?)
