[BUG] "Preferred Meter" option isn't working properly

Describe the problem

There is an option to change meter threshold to mark "boss songs" in red text. When I try to change the option, the meter threshold persists into "DDR" while the option is saved correctly, making most of charts with DDR X meter as "boss songs".

Describe what should happen

The meter threshold should apply correctly. Also add support for Group.ini/lua (which adds multiple per-folder features, including per-folder meter type) if possible.
