[Unexpected Behavior] "No Jumps" removes extra notes during hold #365

On Alpha 4.9.8

What you're using

Simply Love (latest,) with X set to 1.5 and "No Jumps" enabled

Expected behavior

During long holds with steps for the off foot, I'd expect to still see the additional steps (as they don't require jumping, since you're very definitely keeping one foot in place.) It seems these are also removed, which can lead to some long, boring stretches where you're maintaining a hold.

How does current SM (5.0.12/5.1) behave with this one?

5.1 has the same behavior. (It's why I moved to OutFox, to see if it was different.)

hmm, i'll have a word with the team on if this is just another 'StepMania Thing' (tm) or it's a paradigm in other games and get back to you. For now, i'll label it as a potential upstream bug.
