[Feature Request] Ability to shift BG/FGChanges in Editor #471

Is your feature request related to a problem?

I think that this one may have been neglected by the devs once I noticed it not happening in the Editor while extending/complessing a marked notefield with BG/FGChanges in them.

Describe the solution you'd like

It's self-explanatory: Shift BG/FGChanges when extending/compressing marked notefield like everything else. Also: Ability to shift them outside of extending/compressing as well, which also should be possible.

Correct! Of course, it should also be the case for anything outside of said area.
