Describe the problem
I was aware of this bug for quite some time and never thought much of it until earlier today, only to find it still happens in OutFox. Normally, the highest score that should be possible in Dance is 100%. It seems attacks can evade a boundary like this one with no problem.
The #ATTACKS line I suppose to be in question is:
MODS=Little, NoHolds, NoMines, NoJumps:
From what I am able to tell, the toggling on and off of Little (which I often call Simple) seems to be the attack most at fault for the surge of percent. In this case, notes that are not 4ths are removed (in this build as seen as fakes, possibly another bug), and after the mod turns off, the non-4th notes are real again. This assumes there's some sort of imbalance in the chart itself that causes notes to be falsely scored compared to the others.
Is there an existing issue for this?

The file that saw me to this bug some years back results what would be a quad turning into... um... 169%...? I mean, that's nice and all, but still, I've got a problem with that.
