[Game Crash] Using paws-co-op skin in single6/single7 on be-mu crashes game #577

Describe the crash

I heard about a new foot pedal mode on be-mu, so I went and tried it out in the editor and then proceeded to try to find a good skin for the mode... except when I selected paws-co-op as my skin (the mode was single6), the game suddenly crashed. My guess is that Outfox doesn't know how to handle a co-op skin for a single-player be-mu chart, but given that it cooperated with single5, I really don't know what the case could be!

How can you reproduce the error?

  1. Start the game
  2. Make sure your game mode is set to be-mu
  3. Go to Edit Charts
  4. After selecting a song to edit, make sure you select single6 or single7 mode
  5. Either create a new chart for the song or edit an already-existing chart
  6. Go to Options
  7. Change noteskin to paws-co-op
  8. The game freezes for a few seconds and then spontaneously crashes.

Oddly enough, this crash does NOT occur on single5 mode.

Thanks for reporting! You indeed are right, we didn't merge the changes over to the noteskins from sm5 and change them over before shipping this game.

Liro is fixing them up and we'll have them as a download on the release page. Thanks so much for letting us know!

We've pushed most of the noteskin changes, but coop needs some more work, we'll leave this open for now
