[Nitpick] Simply Love configuration menus navigation sluggish on some items #608

Give an example of what is wrong

If you press up (or down) and keep it pressed (so the game is scrolling items fast), it is easy to notice OutFox kinda chokes on some items. It's very dependent on items, Advanced Options > Default Fail Type is one of the worst, for instance. Another one is Simply Love Options > Allow Dance Solo. I tested 5.1.0-b2 and noticed no stutter. It looks like this appeared after 4.10.0 (seems to happen with 4.11.0 and on, also happens on the latest Windows lts4-test-build I could find on Discord).

ps. I have no idea if this is something wrong in OF or Simply Love. If you think this could an issue with SL (with how it reads configuration or whatever...) I'm fine with opening an issue in their own repo instead.

I would send this to SL, since it's the only theme I've seen with this issue.
