Is your feature request related to a problem?

Using different pads/controllers, there can be different input delays. My real life example is, we have two pads, one custom made hard pad and one off-the-shelf soft pad. When we do the audio sync with one, the other is off by some ~10ms.

Describe the solution you'd like

I'd like for there to be an option to set a different delay either per player or per controller.

Describe alternatives you've considered

One alternative is buying identical pads/controllers or modding the already owned controllers to use the same control unit, which I will do if the software solution is not viable.

i can vouch for this, my keyboard has significantly more latancy than my midi pad, and having to resync depending on which i use is something that would be nice to avoid
