[BUG] GH Whammy Bar should be analoge instead of binary #629

Describe the problem

I'm using a Guitar Hero World Tour controller, with an analog whammy bar. But the game interprets the whammy bar as either "on" or "off".

And you can tell that, because the long notes are either "wide" or "slim", instead of having an analoge width.

Describe what should happen

The game should interpret the Whammy Bar as an analoge input, not a "button" input; And this should be reflexed as such in the game, by having an analoge width of the tails of long notes.
