[Nitpick] Some Profile Options Do Not Save [Pump] [Infinitesimal] #630

Give an example of what is wrong

I am running 0.4.18.1 with Pump mode and the theme Infinitesimal Not all profile options save to the profile. Speed Mod's seems to save, but it seems others don't.

Give an example of what it should look like

Every option a player sets in the command window should save, and reload on the next session.

This is related to #617, as the profile manager doesn't save all options.
