Can't connect to remote PostgreSQL database over SSL with self-signed certificate #456

OS: Ubuntu Budgie x64 4.15.0-39-generic VERSION: 4.0.392

Database Type: PostgreSQL 10.6

With this latest version (and possibly a bit before, but it was working a couple of months ago), I can no longer connect over SSL to a remote PostgreSQL database using a self-signed certificate.

From PostgreSQL's logs: 2018-11-28 21:51:47.378 EST [19656] [unknown]@[unknown] LOG: could not accept SSL connection: sslv3 alert certificate unknown

This seems to explain this issue: https://stackoverflow.com/questions/43689461/postgresql-could-not-accept-ssl-connection-sslv3-alert-certificate-unknown

Here's what I get when hit the "Test Connection" button in TeamSQL:

Thanks a lot for your help!

I just made some tests, and this is working well when using TeamSQL version 3.4.230.
