All of my changes made since Jan 28, 2019 have been erased #498

All of my changes made since Jan 28, 2019 have been erased. My history shows the last change date to be Jan 28, 2019. My PG Recruitment query that was saved in a team folder has reverted back to a previous version before I made heavy changes. How can I retrieve?

OS: Windows_NT x64 10.0.17134 VERSION: 3.4.230

Database Type: {Related database type if applicable} How can this issue be reproduced?
