Happening to me as well. Seems similar to the previous issue a while back #465
Same here. After showing the error prompt: "Error when validating logged in user information. Please sign in again." TeamSQL logs me out and shows the following message: "Connection problem! TeamSQL encountered a problem while accessing to TeamSQL web services. Please check your internet connection and firewall settings".
Just to be clear, I haven't changed anything with regard to firewall etc. It's exactly the way it was some weeks ago when TeamSQL worked on my machine.

This is also an issue for me. Nothing has changed. I understand they're shuttering support for this tool and migrating to the new product, but I expect to be able to login and access my past work...
I submitted a ticket to the TeamSQL team and they exported all of my work for me. https://teamsql.io/support - in the footer, click Contact Support. Use your registered email address and ask them to export your stuff. It sucks that they spectacularly botched this transition and failed to communicate through the app ahead of shutting down the services.

Opened the TeamSQL dashboard and almost immediately the error prompt displays: "Error when validating logged in user information. Please sign in again."
Error is present on both my iMac and MacBookPro.
