`New relic` Integration for logs and performance analysis

Description

To implement New Relic integration to monitor logs and analyze the application's performance. This integration will help track key metrics, identify bottlenecks, and provide better insights into application behavior in real time.

Expected Behavior

• Real-time Log Collection: All application logs should be captured and transmitted to New Relic. This includes error logs, info logs, and any custom logs configured in the application.
• Performance Metrics Monitoring: New Relic should provide real-time performance metrics, such as response times, throughput, and error rates, allowing us to track the application's health.

Current Behavior

Currently no such mechanism exists for application logging and also to track important metrices.
