Console game list Collapse #223

There are many Console games we can add in hakchi. I would like to see a way to collapse console game listings. Example, if a user has Atari 5200 but doesn't want to see it in hakchi games list, can we have a Folder Collapse function added?

Use Case: When a user wants to scroll down to an alphabetically listed folder such as P for PlayStation, the user has to scroll down for a LONG time to get to that set of games. If we could collapse each Console type then the scroll down would take 1-2 seconds. hakchi game list 1

Imagine how long it takes to scroll down 3000 games in a hakchi list.

One thing to note. You can very easily use your mouse to very quickly drag scroll down through an entire list in mere seconds. The folder collapse thing is something I actually had tested over a year ago. At the time, it wasn't optimal enough to maintain for full implementation into Hakchi. It was ultimately rejected from being added, due to some general instability. Does not mean it cannot be tried again, however.

@DanTheMan827 If you want to implement this, the coding is on this fork. But, when I last tested it, it was a little "slow" with navigation. Maybe, you can optimize it.
