Genesis mini stuck in offline mode #336

Describe the bug
I am using Windows 10, my firewall, vpn & anti virus are turned off but hakchi CE v3.8.0 says that my genesis mini is stuck in offline mode. When I go to install the kernel on a clean Genesis mini that has never been hacked before it gets stuck on rebooting the genesis mini and says it's taking too long. I know my usb cable is fine because I tested it on a samsung phone for data transfer.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Go to Kernel
  2. Click on Install/Repair'
  3. Wait for notice that Genesis mini is rebooting
  4. See error - Genesis mini is taking too long to reboot.

Expected behavior
Expect the kernel to be installed so I can add games...

After the system reboots and gets stuck in this state, what does device manager say? Is there an unknown device?

If there’s Samsung network device showing up, manually change the driver to Microsoft Remote NDIS

I don't see any unknown devices, no the only Samsung device I have listed would be SAMSUN Mobile USB Composite Device and I have no idea how to manually change the driver...
